A new venture as of 2026, Estel Farm is raising grass-finished lamb in one of Montana's best landscapes - the Shields Valley. Raising Katahdin/Dorper/St.Croix crosses, our aim is to rejuvenate the land while raising happy and healthy sheep, with an end product you can trust to be full of nourishment and flavor.

Since stumbling into Montana's life while working in Idaho, Rumble has been the faithful companion that most folks only dream of. Cattle, ducks, cats, sheep; you name it, and Rumble wants to herd it. Eager to please, he's still learning the ropes, but in the meantime he's a professional sweetheart of the highest order.

A Midwestern farm kid at heart, Montana worked a brief career as a Civil Engineer before the land pulled him back. After spending the last handful of years studying and implementing regenerative land management practices on farms and ranches throughout the West, he finally bit the bullet and started Estel Farm in 2026.
